Sarah is currently writing her second nonfiction book called Dear Carer, written with heart, strength and vulnerability. It is a book for those living, loving and caring for a loved one with complex mental health concerns.
Sarah is a perioperative nurse, writer, carer peer worker advocating for those living with complex mental health concerns and a SANE peer ambassador.
When not tackling the stigma and silence around mental ill health, Sarah loves playing golf and making and baking sourdough bread.
